Dominator's new house!

On Saturday we went to, as Evie likes to call him, Dominator's new house. We had so much fun playing in their new backyard! Dominic loves his new play set, he especially likes flipping out it and would laugh and laugh after each flip! Evelyn loved the neighbors yard that was filled with clover, she sat and picked handfuls of clover until it was time to leave! Josie just loved all the action! :)

My new view!

Josie finally hit 20 pounds and got to turn around in her carseat and she is loving her new view! Evie loves it too. She points out everything to Josie as we are heading down the road!

I love to look in my mirror and see two smiling faces or at least two faces! :)

Little Grace!

Kara and baby Grace came over on Saturday and we had such a nice visit! I can't believe how big Gracie is getting! She is so adorable! Check out her cute hat!

Hitching a ride...

Cousin Dominic decided to hitch a ride on Josie's wagon. It was so funny watching them! Dominic is almost two and twice as big as Josie, but that little girl pushed him all around the house! It was too cute!

Bumpin 30!

Eric's Grandpa always used to say "I am bumping 80," which now has Eric saying that he is bumping 30 after this last birthday...we hope to be bumping 80 someday and be as happy as his grandparents!

I can't believe little Josephine turned one! I used to laugh when my parents would say, "it seems like yesterday that you were doing flips in the middle of the room," but now I totally get it! It does seem like yesterday when Josie arrived! This year has gone by so fast and I am so thankful that we were able to celebrate Josie's birthday with such wonderful friends and family!

Ok, so I think I took this last week and since this video Josie has mastered the art of walking and is basically running, but I thought you would enjoy seeing her on the move. Not sure why the video uploaded like this, but it makes it even more interesting!

Fun in the Sun!

Evie and Josie absolutely love the water! They both love splashing and although we tell Evelyn to stop splashing her baby sister, Josie just cracks up! It is so much fun! I just love the pic of Josie...it just shows off her cute little chubby legs!

Ballet Class

Evie had her first ballet class last week and she did great! With only one small hiccup, she stayed in class the entire time and really enjoyed herself! I only caught the end of her solo, but I will post more video soon...

I came home from work one day and babysitter Katie had done Josie's hair up in a little pony on top of her head! Seriously, one of the cutest things I have seen! Josie is getting so big! She is about to turn one! I can't believe it!

Soccer gear?

Owen, is this proper gear to play soccer? Aunt Megan, Uncle Ed, Owen, Emmett and Henry gave Evie soccer gear this year for her birthday. She absolutely loves it and is so excited to play soccer with them when they come to visit, but I was just wondering...do most soccer players wear skirts? I have a feeling this one might! :)

Big Girl Evie!

Evie is officially a big girl...well, has been for 3 weeks, but I am finally getting around to posting the pictures...to celebrate Evie's accomplishment of giving up her paci's, she was able to go to the Build a Bear store, where they only allow big girls to make bears! :) She was thrilled about being a big girl, until bedtime, but we made it through a rough week, and now it is smooth sailing. Well, kind of! She still asks for it everynight, but then says, oh yes, I gave those to the baby birds...will they give them back when they are done using them? She is so cute! We are so proud of our BIG girl!

Evelyn's Birthday!

Ok, so I am so far behind it is not even funny...but here are a few pictures from Evelyn's 3rd birthday! She had so much fun at her party and wants to know when her next birthday will be! She is growing up so fast and just gets cuter everyday! Evelyn lives and breathes princesses right now, so of course she had a princess birthday party, with a house full of boys, but all the boys still enjoyed bouncing in the princess castle bounce house! :) The second pic is of Evie and my friend Erin's twins...they had fun playing together at the party!

Easter

WOW! It was cold again this Easter, but of course the kids braved the weather for the annual Easter egg hunt! This year at our family gathering we had a special visitor, the Easter bunny! The kids were so excited!

"Josie is crawling everywhere," exclaims Evie excitedly! Evie is loving Josie's new found mobility, most of the time anyway! She loves it that she can hold a toy and Josie will come and get it now. This video was taken the day after she started crawling, which was Feb. 26. She is so much better already...she follows me around like a little puppy now! It is so much fun!

A day outside!

We spent all day outside on Sunday enjoying the 75 degree weather! It was so much fun! Both girls absolutely loved it outside! As I am posting this right now we are in the middle of another winter storm. We got freezing rain last night and are expected to get 5-8 inches of snow today. This weather is crazy! We are definitely ready for some more of the 75 degree days!

Best babysitter

"I have the best babysitter and I love her," exclaimed Evie as Katie left tonight! I would have to agree. Katie helped Evie make Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Aerial all out of felt...man, Evie does have the best babysitter! By the way, Evie drew the faces on the princesses herself! She is getting so big!

Baby legs

Oh my gosh, I love this new discovery called baby legs. They are basically leg warmers for babies and help make diapers changes even faster! I love Josie's little chub, chub legs! I know she is going to love me someday for writing that but they are so cute.

All smiles...

The girls are so much fun! Josie and Evie are pretty much all smiles all the time! They are so much fun to be around and Josie is crazy about her sister and Evie loves every minute of it!

Josie will wake up in the middle of the night just smiling...it is hard to resist!

Sweet dreams...

First haircut

How many 7 months require a trim??? Well, we took Josie for her first haircut tonight by our friend Becky. She didn't seem to mind it at all, and pretty much smiled the entire time. I think her new do really shows off her cheeks! What do you think??
